No. AI requests run with zero data retention, so your organization’s data is not stored for model training. The AI is given access only to your organization’s data so it can answer questions in context.
Once your included $5 monthly AI credit is used, an administrator can enable usage-based billing in settings. Any additional AI usage is then billed to your organization and added to your company invoice.
