Privacy, data handling, billing, and service terms for React Accounting, including how AI requests are processed.
React Accounting is operated by React Consulting SARL AU, registered under ICE 003399449000060, located at Boulevard My Hassan 1er, Imm Siam Block A, 3ème N10, Marrakech, Morocco.
We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email address) and the business data you enter into the application (customers, suppliers, invoices, expenses, employees, etc.). We also collect basic usage analytics to improve the product.
Your data is used solely to provide and improve the React Accounting service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or business data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your data is stored securely on servers provided by Neon (PostgreSQL database) and Cloudflare R2 (document storage). All connections are encrypted in transit using TLS.
When you use AI features, the relevant request data is sent to a third-party AI provider for processing so we can power organization-aware AI chat and automation features such as document extraction and categorization. These requests are processed with zero data retention and are not used to train the model.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at jordan@react-consulting.ma.
By creating an account or using React Accounting, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
React Accounting provides accounting and business management tools for freelancers and small agencies. We offer a free plan with limited usage and a Premium plan at $10/month for the whole company with higher limits and AI features.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment provider, Polar.sh. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. No refunds are provided for partial months. Premium currently includes monthly AI usage credit, and if your organization enables usage-based billing, additional AI usage is billed to the company through the subscription.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into React Accounting. We do not claim any rights over your business data. You can export or delete your data at any time.
React Accounting is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the application. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
